Job Summary

This Tenancy Services Coordinator position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality services to tenants and residents in the borough. As a key member of the Neighbourhood Housing team, you will be responsible for managing rent accounts, resolving issues, and promoting community cohesion.

About the Team

In this role, you will work closely with tenants and residents to identify and address any issues, and collaborate with other agencies to ensure effective service delivery. You will also conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and make recommendations for improvement.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of housing legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career development, and a competitive benefits package.
