Job Description

This Neighbourhood Housing Officer role presents an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality services to tenants and residents in the borough. As a key member of the Neighbourhood Housing team, you will be responsible for managing rent accounts, resolving issues, and promoting community cohesion.

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Neighbourhood Management Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with tenants and residents to identify and address any issues, and collaborate with other agencies to ensure effective service delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage rent accounts and ensure timely payment
  • Work with tenants and residents to resolve issues and provide support
  • Collaborate with other agencies to ensure effective service delivery
  • Conduct regular site visits to identify and address any issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good understanding of housing legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Estimated Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000-£34,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career development, and a competitive benefits package.
