About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Andover. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries
  • Managing office documentation and records, including filing and archiving
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business administration or a similar role
  • Strong ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize workload effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Salary and Benefits
