About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Andover. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries
- Managing office documentation and records, including filing and archiving
- Scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
Requirements
- Previous experience in business administration or a similar role
- Strong ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Salary and Benefits
