Accounting Support Specialist

Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Account Support Specialist to provide efficient accountancy administration to support the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support management team with bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare, organize, and store information digitally.
- Review and reconcile accounts, process payments, and maintain records.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time to meet site needs.
- Raise purchase orders, process supplier invoices, and run reports as requested.
Requirements:
- Excellent team ethos and communication skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Possess a Level 2 or 3 AAT qualification (desirable).
- Previous experience in finance administration or bookkeeping is essential.
- Desire to grow and progress career.
Our Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of £25-30 per hour.

- Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 2:00pm, 25 hours per week.
