Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Sodexo. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accountancy administration, providing efficient support to the site.

Duties:

  • Support management team with bookkeeping tasks.
  • Prepare, organize, and store information digitally.
  • Review and reconcile accounts, process payments, and maintain records.
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time to meet site needs.
  • Raise purchase orders, process supplier invoices, and run reports as requested.

Requirements:

  • Excellent team ethos and communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure.
  • Possess a Level 2 or 3 AAT qualification (desirable).
  • Previous experience in finance administration or bookkeeping is essential.
  • Desire to grow and progress career.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £25-30 per hour.
  • Free car parking on site.
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 2:00pm, 25 hours per week.
