About the Role

As a key member of our team at Sodexo, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by providing top-notch accountancy support. You will be responsible for managing payroll and month-end functions, invoicing and billing, as well as maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in ensuring all bookkeeping tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare, organize, and store information in both physical and digital formats.
  • Review and reconcile accounts, process payments to external partners, and maintain up-to-date records of invoices and receipts.
  • Evaluate tasks to ensure timely completion and alignment with site needs.
  • Complete additional duties as required to support the site's operational requirements.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and remain calm under pressure.
  • A Level 2 or 3 AAT qualification is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or finance administration background is essential.
  • Show a willingness to grow and progress your career.
