We provide boiler installation services to social housing customers. Our team has grown over the years, allowing us to expand our services and adopt cutting-edge technologies.
Job Role:
This role requires a high level of attention to detail and numeracy. The successful candidate will be well-organised, able to prioritise tasks, and work independently and as part of a team.
You will provide administrative support to the accounts team by completing clerical tasks outlined below. This includes following company procedures and maintaining good relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Generate sales invoices and credit notes, converting them into valuations for clients and creating detailed customer statements.
- Manage the ledger to ensure timely invoice payments.
- Liaise with clients regarding their valuations and any related queries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve queries.
- Monitor the account inbox one day a week.
- Handle customer and supplier inquiries via phone or refer them to the relevant department.
- Perform printing, filing, and scanning tasks as needed.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required.
Essential Skills:
- Sage 50 Accounts / Sage Intacct
- Microsoft Office
- Report creation, administration, and writing skills.
- Process adherence, organisation, and analytical skills.
- Professionalism, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, including vlookup and pivot tables.
