Antac Support Services are a Facilities Management Company that undertake a variety of maintenance & project work, supporting some of the UK’s leading organisations, as well as Government Departments and Ministry of Defence. **Responsibilities (but not limited to)**
- Raising purchase orders and providing invoices
- Ordering materials for various projects
- Scheduling works across the site
- Liaising with the engineers on project progress
- Uploading project information to our system
- Assist the site manager with general admin tasks
**Essential**
- Proficient with Microsoft packages such as Word & Excel
- Previous experience working in an office environment
