About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Lounge Supervisor at London Stansted Airport - Emirates Lounge.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customers receive the highest quality of service.

You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, planning and delegating tasks, and ensuring that all food and beverage products are presented to the highest standard.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong background in supervising teams and managing customer-facing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive the highest quality of service.
  • Plan and delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient operation of the lounge.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage products are presented to the highest standard and that quality and quantity are constantly monitored.
  • Oversee the ordering of all produce to ensure sufficient supplies of all F&B and other materials at all times.
  • Ensure that all assigned staff complies with documentation requirements and updates work log records and time sheets as necessary.
The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has front of house and customer-facing experience.
  • Has experience in supervising a team.
  • Has an element of food experience.
  • Is highly motivated and able to work on their own initiative within a team environment.
Package Description
  • 35 hours per week.
  • £13 per hour.
  • Shift work pattern: 4 days on, 2 days off, with a mix of early and late shifts.
