Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at Sodexo Live as an Executive Chef - Airport Lounge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests at London Stansted Airport - Emirates Lounge.

Key Responsibilities- Food Presentation and Quality Control: Ensure the presentation of all food and beverages meets our high standards, with a focus on quality, quantity, and display.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain and monitor hygiene standards as per HACCAP, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
- Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to service staff on food presentation and display.
- Customer Feedback and Communication: Interact with guests to gain feedback on service and product, communicating findings to the Lounge Supervisor, Lounge Manager, and Emirates staff in a timely manner.
Essential Qualifications
- Chef experience
- Kitchen experience
- Highly motivated
- Attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative within a team environment
Desirable Qualifications
- Lounge experience
- Airport experience
- Hours per week: [insert hours]
- Hourly rate: £13-£14 per hour
- Shift pattern: 4 days on, 2 days off, with a mix of early and late shifts
