About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at Sodexo Live as an Executive Chef - Airport Lounge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests at London Stansted Airport - Emirates Lounge.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the presentation of all food and beverage, ensuring quality, quantity, and display are consistently monitored, maintained, and meet our high standards.
- Follow food ratio guidelines set out by Emirates and ensure buffet and stock levels of all food and beverage items are properly maintained and replenished regularly as required and in accordance with food safety standards.
- Provide training and guidance to service staff on the presentation and display of food.
- Interact with Lounge customers to gain feedback on service and product, and communicate findings to the Lounge Supervisor/Lounge Manager/Emirates staff in a timely manner.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £13-£14 per hour.
- A shift work pattern of 4 days on, 2 days off, with a mix of early and late shifts.
