About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Lounge Supervisor at London Stansted Airport - Emirates Lounge.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customers receive the highest quality of service.

You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, planning and delegating tasks, and ensuring that all food and beverage products are presented to the highest standard.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong background in supervising a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Plan and delegate tasks to ensure efficient operation of the lounge
  • Ensure that all food and beverage products are presented to the highest standard
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Oversee the ordering of all produce to ensure sufficient supplies

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in supervising a team
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on own initiative within a team environment

Package Description

We offer a competitive salary of £13 per hour, 35 hours per week, and a shift work pattern of 4 days on, 2 days off. You will also receive many employee benefits, rewards, and recognition.
