As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen and lounge areas.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all kitchen equipment is clean and well-maintained, and that all food and beverage items are stored and displayed in accordance with food safety standards.

Role Responsibility
  • Operate the dishwasher machine and ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and well-maintained.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and lounge areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping counters, and emptying waste bins.
  • Ensure all food and beverage items are stored and displayed in accordance with food safety standards.
  • Monitor and maintain hygiene standards as per HACCP.
  • Control and monitor stock levels of all food and beverage items for a la carte service.

Package Description
  • 35 hours per week
