About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lounge Supervisor to join our team at London Stansted Airport - Emirates Lounge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customers receive the highest quality of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that the lounge is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage products are of the highest quality and that presentation is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Plan and delegate tasks to the team to ensure that all areas of the lounge are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Oversee the ordering of all produce to ensure that sufficient supplies are available at all times.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
