About the Role

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lounge Supervisor to join our team at Sodexo Live. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest quality of service in our lounge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure efficient service delivery and continuous improvement of our lounge product.
  • Monitor and maintain the presentation of food and beverages, ensuring quality and quantity meet our high standards.
  • Plan and delegate tasks to team members, providing guidance and training to ensure customer delight.
  • Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and beverage supplies to ensure sufficient stock levels.
  • Collaborate with Emirates personnel to develop and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supervising a team and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and inventory management.
