We are currently seeking an experienced Scotland Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving business growth across Scotland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences, with experience in selling complex products or services to NHS organizations. You will also need to possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Salary: £90,000 - £125,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Manage key accounts across Scotland, including NHS Scotland.
  • Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM database to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a life sciences or healthcare context.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
