Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Client name withheld. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage and grow our relationships with existing clients, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Sales and Business Development: Proactively upsell and cross-sell new and enhanced products and services to clients.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate new pricing and Master Software licensing agreements (MSLA) to ensure efficient renewals of existing licenses and secure new licenses.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present reports and presentations using account metrics and forecasting for both client and internal company teams.
  • CRM Management: Ensure the CRM (Salesforce) is up-to-date with accurate information.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing account management in a software licensing/subscriptions SaaS/technology business.
  • Commercial Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive/Global Account Manager/Key Account Manager working with FTSE 100, Fortune 500, global banks/finance houses.
  • Skills: Commercially astute, with a proven ability to identify and close new opportunities; strong relationship-building skills; agility working in a fast-growth/scale-up expanding business; strong organizational skills; fluency in English (written and spoken); curious and learning-focused mindset; deep understanding of what a real team player/net contributor is.
  • Desirable Skills: Fluency in French and/or German.
