Job Description: Retail Sales Director
We are recruiting a highly skilled and driven Retail Sales Director to spearhead the adoption of cutting-edge SaaS solutions among non-enterprise clients in the UK retail and hospitality sectors.
Job Summary:
As a Retail Sales Director, you will lead a team of sales professionals to identify, prospect, and qualify potential non-enterprise clients in retail and hospitality sectors. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers to close deals, present SaaS solutions in a clear and compelling manner, focusing on business value and outcomes, and collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and generate leads.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to identify and qualify potential non-enterprise clients in retail and hospitality sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers
- Presentation of SaaS solutions to clients
- Collaboration with the marketing team
- Sales pipeline management and data accuracy
What We Offer:
- £60,000 - £80,000 salary
- Competitive commission structure and training opportunities
- Monday to Friday, standard business hours
