Billing Administrator

We are 4Com, an award-winning telecoms company seeking a motivated and experienced Billing Administrator to join our billing team.

As a Billing Administrator, you will assist the billing team leader in setting up new customer bills, working closely with other departments and team members daily. You will also ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner, managing customers' expectations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up new customer bills
  • Inputting customer billing information into our bespoke CRM system
  • Handling customer queries relating to bills
  • Managing the monthly billing process
  • Escalating complaints to the Team Leader
  • General administration duties
