We are 4Com, an award-winning telecoms company that is currently experiencing a period of growth. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Billing Administrator to join our billing team.

As a Billing Administrator, you will be assisting the billing team leader in the setup of new customer bills, working closely with other departments and team members daily. You will also ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner, managing customers' expectations, and providing excellent customer service throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up new customer bills.
  • Input customer billing information into our bespoke CRM system.
  • Handle all customer queries relating to any bills.
  • Manage the monthly billing process.
  • Escalate any complaints in a timely and efficient manner to the Team Leader.
  • Perform general administration duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service and administration environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience within complaints or customer retention departments will be advantageous.
  • Organized and proficient in both written and verbal communication.
