We are 4Com Plc, an award-winning, market-leading telecoms company going through an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Billing Administrator to join our billing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the billing team leader in setting up new customer bills, working closely with other departments and team members daily. They will also ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner, manage customers' expectations, and provide excellent customer service.

This role involves setting up new customer bills, inputting customer billing information into our bespoke CRM system, handling customer queries related to bills, and managing the monthly billing process. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service and administration environment, be a strong communicator and influencer, and be organised and proficient in both written and verbal communication.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,500 per annum, 24 days holiday + bank holidays, refer a friend scheme, Vodafone Advantage Discount, Monthly Company Targeted Draw and Incentivised Lunches, and a range of other benefits.
