We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee financial and administrative operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of an established solicitors firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the finance function for the firm, including financial management, bookkeeping, invoicing, and budgeting.
  2. Manage expense reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  3. Ensure compliance with legal accounting rules and regulations.
  4. Oversee day-to-day activities, such as payment processing, client billing, and financial reporting.
  5. Oversee the day-to-day cash management operations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management.
  2. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  3. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to finance and office management.
  4. Previous experience in office management or a similar role is preferred.
