A career as a Childcare Leadership Specialist offers you the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people. As a Senior Manager at SGS Care Ltd, you'll be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care services.

In this role, you'll work closely with Regional Managers to implement the home's Statement of Purpose and ensure exceptional outcomes for children. You'll also develop and manage budgets to achieve financial targets.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care services to children and young people.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of care and safety in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial targets.
  • Work closely with Regional Managers to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
