Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive growth targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue and market share growth
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to sales leaders to enhance their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in sales leadership and managementProven track record of success in driving growth and revenueExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldStrong understanding of sales principles, practices, and industry trends

What We Offer:
