Advanced Support Practitioner

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team as a leader in care services.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead a team of support practitioners in delivering high-quality care services
- Develop and implement effective support plans tailored to individual needs
- Participate in review meetings and contribute to service development
- Promote a positive, active, and healthy lifestyle among service users
To succeed in this challenging role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience supporting individuals in care settings
- Experience of leading teams in social care environments
- A SVQ level 3 or working towards it
- A full driving license and access to your own vehicle for travel requirements
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including TRFS rewards scheme, Refer a Friend scheme, and Living Wage Accreditation.
