Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Customer Liaison Coordinator to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with tenants to arrange work schedules that meet their needs, while also ensuring that our clients' requirements are met. This involves effective communication with operatives, supervisors, surveyors, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.

This role requires strong organizational skills, with the ability to re-schedule jobs in the event of unplanned absences and to communicate updates to customers. The Principal Customer Liaison Coordinator will also be responsible for writing letters to residents affected by works, working closely with supervisors, surveyors, managers, and the PR & Comms team as needed.

Main Responsibilities
  • To work closely with the tenant to agree work schedules that meet their needs and our client's expectations.
  • To ensure that intrusive or disruptive repair works are completed quickly and efficiently.
  • To use customer-focused skills to negate the escalation of complaints and ensure resulting actions achieve the desired outcome.
  • To support the repairs function in delivering an efficient and effective service for our customers while achieving value for money.
