Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our service contracts, including contract upkeep, job diary management, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities- Service contract upkeep: ensure contracts are up-to-date, chase quotes and invoices, and maintain accurate records.
- Job diary management: schedule maintenance visits, send service visit forms, and raise jobs on the diary system and SAP.
- Customer communication: liaise with customers to arrange visits, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Administrative tasks: process timesheets, verify overtime claims, and maintain vehicle records.
- Ad hoc duties: assist with site inductions, contractor safety cards, and other administrative tasks as required.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, business knowledge, and IT skills. You must be able to work effectively in a team, demonstrate initiative, and maintain effective relationships with customers.
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential, with experience of SAP and Protean being a plus.
