Key Responsibilities- Service Contract Upkeep: Ensure all contracts are up-to-date, chase quotes and invoices, and maintain accurate records.
- Job Diary/Logistics: Coordinate with customers to schedule visits, send service visit forms, and book diary entries.
- Appointments: Book visits for service evaluations and site visits, and quote parts and labor for follow-on works.
- Customer Contact: Liaise with customers to keep them informed about their site visits and maintain regular contact with service contract customers.
