About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at MTrec Commercial. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our service contracts across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Contract Management: Ensure all contracts are up to date, chase quotes and invoices, and maintain accurate records.
  • Job Diary and Logistics: Coordinate with customers to arrange service visits, send visit forms, and book diary entries.
  • Appointments and Quotes: Book visits for installation jobs and site visits, and quote for follow-on works.
  • Customer Contact: Liaise with customers to keep them informed about their site visits and maintain regular contact with service contract customers.
  • Timesheets and Overtime: Collect and process timesheets, verify with trackers, and send to Head Office on time.
  • Site Inductions and Safety: Collate information on a spreadsheet, set reminders, and keep track of JIB and safety passport cards.
  • Vehicle Register: Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, tax, and MOTs.
  • Maintenance Reports: Check over maintenance reports, identify recommendations, and quote for follow-on works.
  • Tools and Equipment: Keep up-to-date lists of tools and equipment, including calibration and PAT testing.
  • General Administration: Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
About You
  • Strong administration skills and excellent organisational/logistical skills.
  • Sound business knowledge and employee relationship skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proactive approach to day-to-day work and ability to maintain effective relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
