Strategic HR Operations Role

Hybrid Working Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our HR Operations team at Stratton HR. As an HR Operations Director, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and efficiency within the HR function.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Advisory Services: Provide expert guidance on employee relations, terms and conditions, and company policies to the business.
  • Employee Relations Management: Lead and manage employee relations activities, offering essential support to both employees and management.
  • HR Administrative Tasks: Oversee day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth, efficient operations at every touchpoint of the employee lifecycle.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with the wider HR and Operations teams to create a seamless, integrated approach to all HR activities.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline and automate processes to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement within the HR function.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Deliver regular HR reports and monitor key operational metrics to ensure optimal performance.
  • Policy Management: Keep all HR templates and policies up-to-date, aligned with employer brand, and compliant with current legislation.
  • Legislative Compliance: Stay ahead of legislative changes, ensuring the HR team is informed and compliant.
  • GDPR Compliance: Ensure GDPR compliance across all HR operations.
  • HR System Optimization: Optimize HR systems to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • HR Data Management: Regularly audit and update HR data, maintaining accuracy and integrity.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop the HR Operations team, providing ongoing support through 1:1s and performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • UK Employment Law Expertise: In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • HR Systems Proficiency: Proficiency in HR systems, with the ability to analyse and leverage data for decision-making.
  • Project Leadership: Experience in leading HR projects from concept to completion.
