The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and proficient HR professional to lead our HR functions on a daily basis. You will work closely with department managers to ensure smooth operations and maintain a motivated workforce.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Contribute to the recruitment, selection, and retention of a skilled, flexible, and motivated workforce.
  • Assist in the management of the employee life cycle and processes, including induction, training, performance management, payroll, and pensions.
  • Review, develop, and implement policies and procedures relating to all HR activities.
  • Coordinate employee appraisals and development plans.
  • Manage the holiday booking process and track absences.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all general HR-related queries and provide HR advice and support on policies and procedures.
  • Support department managers with employment relations, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and absence management.
  • Maintain employee databases and coordinate security clearance and data access.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance.

**Requirements:**

  • 2-3 years of experience in a management role.
  • ACIPD qualification is desirable.
  • Knowledge of right-to-work requirements, including UK immigration compliance, is highly advantageous.
