Key Responsibilities- Support various work streams within the Sales & Aftersales function, driving complex projects to completion.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Aftersales, Product, Pricing, Brand, CX, and Financial Services teams to ensure the delivery of a strong regional offering.
- Support the VP of Sales and department heads in advancing key business priorities, particularly in Sales Operations, Financial Services, and B2B.
- Assist in building out the core capabilities and configurations required for 'enterprise systems' that will enable customers and colleagues to navigate the end-to-end Sales journey with zero friction.
- Help to build, develop, and enhance the market-specific 8-week Business Case sprint for launch markets, aiding in the development of materials that will support the final board presentation or be used as a point of reference in future market launches.
- Scope within Financial Services, key players, products, services, and legislative requirements for each of the 'core' markets we wish to enter.
- Scope the key B2B players & products e.g. Leasing, Government, SME, Subscription across the 'core' markets we wish to enter and commence building relationships in conjunction with the VP of Sales.
- Support Dept. Heads within Sales & Aftersales, map, and develop customer journeys incl. initial view on Retail Theatre, working in close collaboration with CX & Innovation to ensure these journeys are built with the customer and what is possible from a sales & service perspective.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience in sales operations management within the automotive industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and other sales enablement tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the automotive industry landscape.
