Employee Relations Expert required to join our team in the social care sector. As an Employee Relations Expert, you will work closely with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage the recruitment process, and provide comprehensive HR guidance and support to managers and staff.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of employment law and regulations, particularly in the social care sector. They will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

This is a full-time, office-based position offering a salary up to £35,000, depending on experience, along with a company bonus. Key responsibilities include overseeing HR processes related to employee matters, conducting investigations, and managing grievances.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a CIPD Level 5 qualification, proven experience as an Employee Relations Expert or in a similar role within the social care sector, and strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and GDPR regulations.
