Brand Partnerships Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to join our team at Broadwick Live. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial and project management professional to support the partnership team in achieving their financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure, negotiate, and close new partnership deals.
- Drive partnership and business development strategies to increase revenue.
- Manage and grow existing relationships with partners to maximize value on all sides.
- Manage multiple sales proposals and follow up on pitches in a timely manner.
- Examine industry-wide activity and identify opportunities, translating into commercial strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- A proven track record in sales and generating new commercial partnerships.
- Strong relationships and contacts within the industry.
- Experience of delivering a sales budget, P+Ls.
- Prior experience working in event brand partnerships, from an agency, brand, or venue/festival background.
- Strong problem-solving / analytical skills with a solution-oriented attitude.
