Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Quality and Governance Team at Oxford Health NHS Trust. As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks, including data collection, report writing, and maintaining internal databases and assurance records. You will also provide administrative support to the team, ensuring that there are effective administrative systems and procedures in operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Quality and Governance Team, including data collection, report writing, and maintaining internal databases and assurance records.
  • Ensure that high standards of data quality are maintained.
  • Make recommendations for improvement to existing administration procedures and processes.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, including taking notes, setting up meetings, and coordinating diaries.

Requirements

  • Higher Education qualification or equivalent/previous experience in an Administration Assistant role.
  • Experience of using Office computer programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Proven experience of working in an office environment.
