Senior Research Contracts Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Research Contracts Administrator to join our friendly, busy and collaborative team within Research Services at the University of Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with contracts officers to support contracts activity across the team and have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of lower-risk category agreements following training.
As a Senior Research Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and digesting complex information, communicating effectively with colleagues and customers from across the University and externally, and working with multiple colleagues in the team across a variety of allocated contracts cases and projects. You will need to be fully at ease with using databases, spreadsheets and other electronic systems to manage your work, and training will be provided in specific systems.
