Northamptonshire Area Manager

As a Sub Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting the construction strategy in the Northamptonshire area. Your responsibilities will include:
- Kick-off meetings and pre-commencement documentation
- Liaising with the Agent and Section Foreman to allocate resources and manage site operations
You will also be responsible for:
- Producing programmes and progress reports
- Managing site measurement, material reconciliations, and cost control
The ideal candidate will possess an HNC/Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering, with experience in engineering activities and construction supervision. Strong team skills and good communication abilities are essential.
This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
