Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Household Assistant Manager to join our team at Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our residential settings and ensuring that high-quality care and support is provided to our patients and service users.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced caregiver or manager to take on a new challenge and lead our team in delivering exceptional patient care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to achieve our goals and objectives and contribute to the smooth running of our residential settings.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £30,920 - £37,890 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.
