Compassionate Support Worker

We are seeking a kind and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of £12.00, with mileage payments and a range of benefits including 28 days annual leave (pro rata), a Day Off for Your Birthday, and Christmas Bonus. We also offer a Blue Light Card * providing discounts on high street and online stores, and a £350 referral scheme programme *. A pension scheme is also available.
Job DescriptionThis rewarding role involves helping clients with personal care, assisting with medication, meal preparation, and supporting with light household duties. You will be responsible for promoting independence, giving companionship, and a listening ear to those who need it most.
RequirementsNo experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. We are looking for individuals who possess a kind and compassionate nature, with flexible availability, including commitment to work alternate weekends. A valid driving license and own vehicle are essential for this position, covering areas in Northamptonshire such as Northampton, Kettering, and Wellingborough.
