About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Training Program Manager to join our team at Northamptonshire Children's Trust. The successful candidate will have the ability to engage with partner agencies and stakeholders, working closely with teams, individuals, and specific roles within the organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering learning and training programs for staff within our trust. This includes working closely with teams, individuals, and specific roles to understand their development needs and create tailored training solutions.
