**Job Description**

We are seeking a Training and Support Professional to join our team in London. As a key member of our support operations, you will be responsible for delivering process training to frontline staff, while supporting our branch network in reaching targets in compliance and shrinkage, and resolving operational issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver process training to new starters throughout their initial induction period and provide further training as necessary.
  • Maintain operational training plans for covered branches.
  • Offer basic training and support on cash banking processes.
  • Complete operational audits.
  • Support completion of PARC scoring by providing data.
  • Drive branches throughout the month to ensure smooth end-of-month completion.
  • Support stocktake management programs.
  • Develop key team members to follow defined RTS processes and reduce write-offs.
  • Provide support to branches in crisis, such as stocktake progress problems or high volumes.

**What You'll Need to Succeed:**

  • Operational experience, preferably in a multi-site organisation.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Enthusiasm and ability to motivate others.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Able to work independently and use own initiative.
  • IT literacy and proficiency in Excel.
  • Clean, valid driving licence with flexibility to travel (overnight stays may be required).

**Compensation:**

  • Salary: £29,500 - £34,000 per annum.
