About the Role:

You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with SEMH needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing academic and emotional support to students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop effective strategies to support students
  • Helping students to build confidence and self-esteem
  • Contributing to the overall well-being and happiness of students
