Academics Ltd SEMH Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team in Academics Ltd's Primary School, Stoke-on-Trent on a supply basis.

About the Position
  • Deliver targeted support to pupils with SEMH needs, taking into account their individual circumstances.
  • Work effectively across different year groups, building trust with staff and students.
  • Contribute to improving pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.

Essential Requirements:

  • $22-28 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Prior experience working with children with SEMH needs, preferably in a school setting.
  • Hold a relevant qualification, such as a Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
  • Be adaptable and reliable, able to respond to the varying needs of the school.
  • Able to work full-time.
