Support Worker for SEMH Pupils

We are seeking a Support Worker for SEMH Pupils to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, SENDCo, and parents to provide tailored support to pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a primary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work flexibly across different year groups to meet the varying needs of the school.
- Assist in developing pupils' social, emotional, and academic progress.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, SENDCo, and parents to ensure cohesive support.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with children with SEMH needs is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A relevant qualification, such as a Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent), is necessary.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum.
- A comprehensive induction program and ongoing support.
