About the Position

This role requires a qualified teacher who can deliver engaging lessons, foster a supportive atmosphere, and build strong relationships with pupils. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement lesson plans, assess pupil progress, and provide constructive feedback.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adaptable and patient, and have a proven track record of working with students with SEMH needs. Your ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches to teaching will be essential in driving student success.

Key Requirements
  • Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., Bachelor of Education, PGCE)
  • Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
