Teaching Support Professional

About the Position: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Support Professional to join our team in Stoke and Staffordshire. As a Teaching Support Professional, you will play a critical role in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and contributing to the overall success of the school.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in working with children with SEN and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery, including preparing resources and materials.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs, ensuring that each student receives personalized support.
