Job Summary:

Lusona LLP is seeking a highly skilled Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our purchase ledger function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Matching: Accurately match invoices to purchase orders and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Supplier Statement Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Customer Remittance: Process customer remittances in a timely and efficient manner.
  • CIS Remittances: Ensure all CIS remittances are processed correctly and in accordance with relevant regulations.

Working Hours:

The successful candidate will be required to work a standard office hours schedule, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
