Job Summary:

Lusona Consultancy (Group) Limited is seeking a highly skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team. As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Matching: Verify and match invoices with purchase orders and goods received notes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Supplier Statement Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements with company records to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Customer Remittance: Process customer remittances and ensure that all payments are accurately recorded and reconciled.
  • CIS Remittances: Process CIS remittances and ensure that all payments are accurately recorded and reconciled.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

This is an office-based position, working Monday to Friday.
