Key Responsibilities

The Homelessness Prevention Liaison will be part of a housing-led response to ending homelessness, utilizing a time-limited case management approach to support individuals through a period of transition. You will have experience delivering coaching and mentoring, learning support, and/or personal development training, ideally working to matrix standards. A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential due to the nature of the role. We offer a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
