Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will maintain a thorough understanding of housing, welfare rights, and benefits legislation, serving as a central resource for expert advice and assistance to prevent or resolve homelessness or housing need.
  • Familiarity with asylum and immigration legislation is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee and support staff in developing and delivering effective needs and risk assessments, initial crisis intervention, and support, including direct provision when needed.
Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between £45,000 and £60,000.

Requirements:

A deep understanding of Housing Law, Benefits, and Welfare Rights is mandatory for this role.
